thank you for your order.
After the payment has been received by our online payment provider (Shareit /Element 5, WorldPay or Paypal) the chips or the month packages are automatically credited to your account.
When you pay by credit card this is done during a few minutes. When you pay by bank transfer or by sending a check or cash by post then this can take from some days up to 2 weeks.
If you think something has gone wrong with your payment we need some of the following information:
- where did you pay to? (ShareIt, WorldPay, Paypal, IK Softwareportal GmbH)
- date of the payment
- payment method (credit card, bank transfer, check, cash)
- what did you order? (Chips or month package)
- if you paid by bank transfer: account number
- order number
- error code (if displayed) when you try to login at the shareit page
